Acton Gardens is the partnership between L&Q Housing Trust and Countryside Properties (UK) PLC who are redeveloping the existing homes of South Acton. This exciting collaboration will bring new homes, community facilities, retail spaces and modern - improved park facilities to the whole estate. The regeneration is taking place over a ten year period to deliver over 2,500 new homes to South Acton.

Acton Gardens Phase 7.1 Update - Nov 2017
Ragley Close: Demolition to Ragley Close will commence Wednesday 22nd November 2017. Countryside’s site office has commenced installation and the structure was completed on Friday 17th November, this is located to the north side of the west site .
Avenue Road Park: In the south part of the site next to the park, we will begin to install the piling mat (base of site) using a compaction roller which will cause some vibration, this will be monitored via sensors on our boundary to ensure the vibrations do not exceed British Standard permissible levels .We will commence piling foundations on Monday 27th November 2017.
In the East site (right of Church Road) demolition is complete and we have started to remediate the ground and will commence piling mat installations (base of site) W/C 27th November. Piling foundations which will support the structure of the building will commence on 18th December 2017.
During the demolition work our site will be controlled in a manner that will ensure it is secure and we will give every consideration to residents and the local community. In line with our Considerate Contractor Code, disturbance will be kept to a minimum.

CPZ: Commencing Monday 13th November 2017 the parking to the south of Bollo Bridge Road will be part of the zone SA. The parking bays and single yellow lines will be operational from Monday to Friday 9am-10am and 2pm-3pm unless stated otherwise. Signs will be displayed at the entrance to the zones to tell drivers that they are entering the zones and will give details of the times of operation. During the zone’s operational hours, Civil Enforcement Officers (CEO) will patrol the zones. They will issue a Penalty Charge Notice to any parked vehicles that do not have a valid parking session. If you wish to park a vehicle within Zone SA you must have a valid parking permit. These can be purchased online at www.ealing.gov.uk for eligible households. The CPZ will ‘go live’ on Monday the 13th November 2017.
