Avenue Road located to the north of the South Acton area is part of what is known as Phase 7.2 along with residents of Belgrave Close, Frampton Court, Cheltenham Place and Bucklands Walk. Residents from this phase will be moving into Phase 6.1 or 7.1 between Spring 2019 and Summer 2020. Phase 6.1 will be where Hardy Court currently sits and Phase 7.1 will be to the North East of South Acton where Ragley Close and Church Road are located.
Secure Ealing Council residents and leaseholders will be contacted approximately 18-24 months ahead of the demolition of their building to begin the reallocation or buy back processes. Vacant possession will be Autumn 2020 for this phase.
