South Acton Roller Skating Club



Tuesday 20th February 2018 - 5:00pm

Half Term Skating Workshops (Only £2.50), Tuesday 20th February 5pm at the Oaktree Community Centre, 5-11 Hanbury Road, W3 8RF

The sessions will run for 1 hour twice a day from 20th February – 27th March 2018 at 17:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 19:00

The sessions will be open to young people and their parents from aged 4 year old. Price is £2.50 per person, per session, and all sessions must be booked in advance online. South Acton Roller Skating Club offers Children, from aged 4, young people & their parents the chance to participate in learn to skate activities. RollaDome All Skate, is a local charity using roller sports to engage communities, in sport. As the home of recreational skating, RollaDome provides skating lessons and Roller skating packages for everyone from 4 years old. We do so through structured learning, using our grading system, whilst incorporating great coaching, making the experience great fun. It’s the ideal club if you are new to roller skating or if you already know the basics and want to improve your skills.

All our club’s welcome children and adults of all ages and abilities. Our clubs also incorporate Duke of Edinburgh awards Sports Leaders Awards, and a Young Leaders Program, supporting each individual’s self-development. Termly Fees, £35.00 - (each term is 6 weeks). All equipment provided, so all you have to do is wear comfortable clothing, bring refreshments, and get rolling.

L&Q are working alongside food and nutition experts "Feed Me Good" to deliver a free 8 week course to help families learn to shop and cook healthy tasty meals on a budget.

Through taking part in the course, you will learn skills to:

  • save money discover supermarket secrets 

  • learn new recipes 

  • cook and eat delicious food on the course

  • learn how to understand food labelling

  • easily prepare simply meals

  • get more from your weekly shop

  • understand supermarket deal

The project celebrates all cultures and foods in a fun and friendly environment.
