Phase 5 will be located where Caine House, Conrad Tower, Meredith Towers, Galsworthy Court, Carroll Court and Chesterton Court resided. This is located on the corner between Bollo Bridge Road and Bollo Lane, near to the Acton Town Tube Station. This building will be made up of six cores which are being called Channing, Austen, Darling, Hopkins, Dickinson and Blackburn Courts. There will also be a new road linking Osborne Road and Bollo Bridge Road which will be called Whelan Road. Planning permission for this phase was given in March 2015. This phase will provide 271 new homes for South Acton and will be completed around Summer 2018. This phase has been designed by the architects HTA Design LLP and will incorporate affordable rent, shared ownership, private sale and private for rent (PRS) properties.
